Variety: Native Red Grapes (Cannonau 50% - Muristellu 50%)
Vineyards: Planted on basaltic soils placed at 730mt asl, plant density 5.500 stumps/ha.
Date Harvested: Starting from the second week of October for both Cannonau and Muristellu.
Average yield per Hectare: 30 quintals per 20 hectolitres of wine to refine
Vinification: Maceration of pressed grapes prolonged for 25/27 days inside steelwine-makers, with thermal control. To follow many wine-racking up to refining period.
Taste Analysis: Braja is a complex, ruby red wine. It smells of berries combined with balsamicand spicy hints; on the palate is warm, sumptuous and fresh.
