A perfect symbiotic union between two native red grapes: sweetness and sinuosity of Cannonau - how pleasant and harmonious are the hills and the grass lands of Sardinia - that meet the impetuous energy of the Mediterranean scrub that characterizes the Muristellu (Bovale family, but adapted in extremely hostile soils) - as energetic, galloping and wild is Sardinia on the woods and the mountains.

Average yield per Hectare: 60 quintals per 42 hectolitres ofwine to refine
Vinification: Maceration of pressed grapes prolonged for 25/27 days inside steelwine-makers, with thermal control. To follow many wine-racking up to refiningperiod.
Refining: 12 months in steel tanks and 18 months in 2,500lt oak barrels, returningon steel thanks and then at least 6 months in the bottle.
Taste Analysis: Ruju is a complex, soft, ruby red wine. It smells of berries combinedwith hints of herbs and spices; it´s warm, tasty and balanced.
Service Temperature: 18° C. Food Pairings: Ruju is a delicious accompaniment to meat main courses.
