Vinification: Soft pressing of the de-stemmed grapes, static clearing of the must and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel thanks. To follow many wine-racking up to refining period.
Taste Analysis: Giaru is an intense, fresh and persistent wine. Straw-yellow colour with golden hints. Rich bouquet with mineral and floral notes lead to a fresh remarkable persistence.
