Average yield per Hectare: 60 quintals per 42 hectolitres ofwine to refine.
Vinification: Soft pressing of the de-stemmed grapes, static clearing of the mustand fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel thanks. To followmany wine-racking up to refining period.
Refining: at least 9 months in the bottle.
Taste Analysis: Azzesu is an intense, fresh and persistent wine. Straw-yellow colourwith golden hints. Rich bouquet with mineral and floral notes lead to a freshremarkable persistence.
